End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Renna (“Renna”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of the Renna mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Application”).

This Agreement governs your use of the Application downloaded from the Apple App Store or other authorized distribution platforms.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with this Agreement, please do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Renna grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal and lawful purposes.

This license allows you to:

• Download and install the Application on compatible devices;
• Access live streaming services;
• Use available interactive features;
• Participate in virtual gifting activities;
• Access features provided through the Application.

Renna reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.

2. Description of the Application

Renna is a live streaming application designed for viewers and creators.

The Application enables users to:

• Watch live broadcasts;
• Discover and follow creators;
• Participate in available live room interactions;
• Send comments or messages through available features;
• Support creators through virtual gifts and related digital features.

Renna provides technology and services that allow creators and viewers to interact within live streaming environments.

3. Account Requirements

Certain Application features may require users to create and maintain a Renna account.

You agree that:

• Account information provided by you must be accurate;
• You are responsible for maintaining account security;
• You will protect your account credentials;
• You will not use another person’s account without authorization.

Renna may restrict access to certain Application features if account information does not meet safety or operational requirements.

4. Real-life Authentication

To maintain a safe and trusted platform environment, certain creator features, including live broadcasting capabilities, may require users to complete Real-life Authentication.

Users may access this feature through:

Profile → Edit Profile → Real-life Authentication

The authentication process helps Renna:

• Maintain platform safety;
• Confirm eligibility for creator features;
• Reduce fraudulent or abusive activities;
• Protect users and creators.

After completing the required verification process, eligible users may access available creator features provided by Renna.

Renna may use verification status when determining access to specific Application features.

5. Device Features and Permissions

The Application may request access to certain device features to provide specific functionality.

You may manage these permissions through your device settings.

Camera Access

Renna may request camera access when you use supported features within the Application.

Camera access may be used for:

• Capturing profile images;
• Capturing verification-related images;
• Supporting live broadcasting features.

Photo Library Access

Renna may request access to your photo library when you choose to upload images within the Application.

Photo Library access may be used for:

• Uploading profile images;
• Uploading verification-related materials;
• Other image uploads initiated by you.

Microphone Access

Renna may request microphone access when you use live broadcasting features.

Microphone access is used only to provide live streaming functionality within the Application.

6. User Responsibilities

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations;
• Use the Application for fraudulent or harmful activities;
• Attempt to bypass security protections;
• Interfere with Application operations;
• Misuse available interaction features;
• Harm other users or creators;
• Collect or misuse other users’ personal information.

You are responsible for your actions while using the Application.

7. Virtual Items and Digital Purchases

The Application may provide Token, virtual gifts, and other digital items (“Virtual Items”).

You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items are digital features provided within Renna;
• Virtual Items do not have real-world monetary value;
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by Renna;
• Virtual Items do not create ownership rights.

Purchases made through the Application may be processed through Apple App Store payment services or other authorized payment providers.

All purchases are subject to applicable payment terms and platform requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all related rights, including:

• Software;
• Source code;
• Interface design;
• Graphics;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Platform technology;

are owned by Renna or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy;
• Modify;
• Reverse engineer;
• Distribute;
• Sell;
• Create derivative works from;

any part of the Application without prior authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

The Application may include third-party services, including:

• Payment services;
• Security services;
• Analytics services;
• Other service providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms provided by those third parties.

10. Application Updates

Renna may update or modify the Application from time to time.

Updates may include:

• New features;
• Security improvements;
• Bug fixes;
• Performance improvements.

Certain updates may be required to continue using the Application.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or Renna.

Renna may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if:

• You violate this Agreement;
• You misuse the Application;
• Your activities create risks to the platform or other users.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the Application ends;
• You must stop using the Application.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renna does not guarantee that:

• The Application will always be available;
• The Application will operate without errors;
• All features or content will always meet your expectations.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.

Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

14. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you download the Application from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This Agreement is between you and Renna, not Apple;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Application;
• Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Application;
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you;
• Your use of the Application must comply with applicable App Store terms.

15. Relationship Between Agreements

This Agreement should be read together with:

• Renna Privacy Policy;
• Renna Terms of Service.

Together, these documents govern your use of the Renna Application and services.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
