These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Renna mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Renna is a live streaming platform that allows users to watch live broadcasts, interact through available features, and support creators through virtual gifts and related digital services.

By accessing or using Renna, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region to use Renna.

By using Renna, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• The information you provide is accurate and complete;
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

Renna reserves the right to restrict access to users who do not meet eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of Renna, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information;

You must not:

• Create an account using false information;

3. Real-life Authentication

To maintain a safe and trusted platform environment, certain creator features, including live broadcasting capabilities, may require users to complete Real-life Authentication.

Users may access this feature through:

Profile → Edit Profile → Real-life Authentication

After completing the required verification process, eligible users may access available creator features provided by Renna.

Renna may use verification status to:

• Maintain platform safety;
• Confirm eligibility for creator features;
• Reduce fraudulent activities;
• Prevent misuse of platform functions.

Completing verification does not guarantee access to all features. Renna may adjust feature availability based on safety, operational, or legal requirements.

4. Live Streaming Services

Renna provides live streaming services that allow users to:

• Watch live broadcasts;
• Discover and follow creators;
• Participate in available live room interactions;
• Send comments or messages through available features;
• Support creators through virtual gifts and related digital features.

Creators may need to complete Real-life Authentication before accessing live broadcasting features.

When using live broadcasting features, creators may need to grant required device permissions, including camera and microphone permissions.

Renna does not guarantee that any specific live broadcast, creator, or content will always be available.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Renna in a lawful and respectful manner.

You must not:

• Use Renna for illegal activities;
• Share harmful, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory content;
• Promote violence or dangerous activities;
• Engage in fraud, scams, or misleading activities;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users;
• Attempt to bypass platform security systems;
• Interfere with the operation of Renna;
• Collect or misuse other users’ personal information;
• Use unauthorized tools or automated systems to access the Service.

Renna may take appropriate actions against violations, including restricting features, removing content, or suspending accounts.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using Renna are responsible for:

• The content and activities provided during live broadcasts;
• Following Renna’s platform rules;
• Respecting viewer safety and privacy;
• Providing accurate account information.

Creators must not use Renna to:

• Provide prohibited services;
• Conduct fraudulent activities;
• Promote illegal products or activities;
• Mislead viewers;
• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Renna may review creator activities and take appropriate actions when violations occur.

7. Viewer Responsibilities

Viewers agree to:

• Respect creators and other users;
• Follow live room rules;
• Use interaction features appropriately;
• Avoid abusive, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

Users should not misuse comments, messages, or other available interaction features.

8. Token and Virtual Gifts

Renna may provide Token, virtual gifts, and other digital items (“Virtual Items”).

You acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items are digital features provided within Renna;
• Virtual Items do not represent real-world currency;
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly permitted by Renna;
• Virtual Items do not create ownership rights.

When purchasing Virtual Items:

• Payments may be processed through Apple App Store payment services or other authorized payment providers;
• Purchases are subject to applicable payment terms;
• All purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

Renna may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items or related features when necessary.

9. Creator Rewards and Monetization

Eligible creators may participate in creator reward or monetization programs provided by Renna.

Participation may depend on:

• Account status;
• Real-life Authentication status;
• Platform rules;
• Applicable laws and regulations.

Renna may update, suspend, or terminate creator reward programs based on operational or safety considerations.

10. Content Review and Platform Safety

Renna is committed to maintaining a safe live streaming environment.

Renna may use:

• Automated systems;
• User reports;
• Review procedures;
• Safety measures;

to identify and address activities or content that violate these Terms.

Renna may:

• Restrict access to certain features;
• Remove content that violates platform rules;
• Suspend or terminate accounts;
• Take other actions necessary to maintain platform safety.

11. Reporting and Blocking Features

Renna may provide safety tools that allow users to:

• Report inappropriate behavior;
• Submit safety concerns;
• Block other users where available.

Users should provide accurate information when submitting reports.

Renna will review reports according to applicable procedures and take appropriate action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in Renna, including:

• Application software;
• Platform technology;
• User interface;
• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Visual designs;

belong to Renna or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy;

• Reverse engineer;
• Distribute;
• Sell;
• Exploit;

any part of Renna without prior written permission.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that should continue after termination.

You use Renna at your own discretion and risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renna will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
